I know Wellbrock had 21 and Thelen 19 for the Colonels. SK had the lead at the half 24-21 but the Colonels scored ten straight to open the 3rd quarter, one being a two handed flush by Wellbrock. A very quick game, not many fouls and when the Colonels went to the line they struggled a bit. Sorrell never got on track toninght, finishing with seven while Chambers led the SK offense with 16. Doss from SK played some good minutes in the post which is a positive. SK finishes up with Holmes this Friday in Covington.

About what I expected.

How many of the 15 FTs were attempted by the two big boys?

Wellbrock ran the court tonight like a sprinter. The Pioneers could not stop him or Thelan. Conley was dead on tonight shooting 3 for 3 from the floor. This is the first game I have seen Simon Kenton play this year. It seemed that #44 Doss, was their strongest player in the paint (3 for 3 from the floor with a blocked shot) but he played less than half of the game. A hard fought back and forth game.

All but two!

I wish SK's players would have made some attempts to foul Wellbrock when he had those breakaway layups. I don't know if I've seen a CCH game without them having a three pointer.

That's two straight games that Wellbrock has looked strong and played like a Senior! He was all over the floor on both the "D" and "O" sides of the floor and his dunk was indeed a solid jam.

Connelly was indeed hot in the fourth quarter, shooting and scoring all of his 7 points on a 3/3 night from the floor and 1/2 from the charity line.

Got to give a shout out to Max Pauly with 7 assists and only 4 TO's. Good job young man.

Trey Evans played his first game in a while and while he looked a little rusty he did well!

This year I don't remember having a game without at least one or two, but this team hasn't been shooting from behind the arch like a lot of past Coach L teams have.

Wellbrock ran the court tonight like a sprinter. .

He missed his calling as a TE.

Have seen games called by the 11th region, 10th region, 9th region and now the 8th region men in stripes and I know all the men in stripes use the same rule book but?

Now I have no complaints nor any problems with the stripes calling their games but since all the stripes are using the same rule book, it just stuns me to see how differently each regions calls walking, charge/block or better yet hand checks from region to region. :idunno::idunno:
