I am also a fan of the Philadelphia Eagles as well. I have cheered for them since they drafted Donovan McNabb.

I don't understand how someone can just switch teams. I couldn't even if I wanted too. When/If the Bengals do start winning championships, then you'll be back.

I guess to clarify my position I am a Bengals fan. I guess I always will be.

 

It just gets real frustrating. Sometimes feel like I am rooting for the Washington Generals.

I have tried to not be a Bengal fan and just watch all teams, but I keep being attached to the Bengals, for better or a whole lot worse.

1) There is a difference between being a fan of two teams, and disowning the team you have always liked because they frustrate you. I believe its perfectly fine to be a fan of two teams, especially when their in different conference and rarely play each other.

This offseason will determine a lot about how much I continue to root for the Bengals, spend money going to their games, and time watching them on TV. Fact of the matter is that they were one of only six AFC teams to make the playoffs and with a couple of intelligent offseason moves, should be able to improve and return next year. Unfortunately, much like 2005. I anticipate that they will regress and we'll be looking at a playoff drought of a couple years.
