Thought I would put this out here for fans to find out where and when their favorite teams are playing and what tourneys might be fun to catch.

 

I know the Lloyd tourney in NKY is going to be fun to catch. Some good early matchups!

Maybe the better question is which tourney has the best field ?!!!

GRC is playing in the KOB Dec. 17-22 at Fairdale High School and will include 12 teams from Kentucky and four from outside the state.

The bracket they are in is really loaded. .

Then after Christmas they are Lexington Catholic Republic Bank Classic Dec. 26th - 30th. Another great tourney, with talent from across the state.

Brossart Mustangs off to Ashland for the 55th Annual Ashland Invitational Tournament, December 28-30th.

 

Field Includes: East Carter, Christian County, Mason County, Ashland, Johnson Central, Covington Catholic, and Glasgow.

 

First Round: Brossart vs East Carter

Mason County vs Christian County

Ashland vs Johnson Central

CovCath vs Glasgow

We know what our Ky. teams have but the out of town teams have some nice talent as well. Trae Golden a 6'2' guard who plays for the Meachern Ga. team has committed to Tennessee. Zeke Chapman a 6'2" guard from Scottsdale Arizona Chapparal (2011), son of former Ky. wildcat star Rex Chapman is starting to draw a lot of interest. Josh Langford a 6'6" forward from Lee High in Hunstville Alabama recently decommitted from Louisville and has opened up the recruiting. Jarnell Stokes a 6"7" forward (2012) from Memphis plays for the Memphis Central Tenn team. He likes Memphis at this time. I know that Holmes beat this team last weekend in a physical game @ Warren Central.

Montgomery Co will travel to Clinton Co for a Pre-Christmas tournament. They play Cumberland Co, June Buchannon and Casey Co and then one other game.

 

After Christmas the Gateway Holiday Classic is a great event at Montgomery Co. The field includes: Lafayette, Knox Central, Fern Creek, Tates Creek, Madison Central, Rose Hill, Fairview, and the host Indians. There is also an 8 team girls bracket in this event.

Cooper will play at the Raceland Derby Classic, Dec 19th through Dec 22 and they will also play at the Lloyd Invitational Dec 27-30.
