Scott County 73 Corbin 62

Scott Co. pulls away from a tired Corbin team in the 4th quarter for the win at Manchester. Scott Co.'s relentless pressure and Euton's offense weres the keys to the victory. Wilson played extremely well for Corbin, need some others to step up and take care of the ball against the press though. Good effort from the Hounds.

Glad to see him do well. Keeping my eye on this Corbin team.

Good Job Scott Co.

Got to watch this game on WYMT, and was impressed with both teams. Corbin got a little sloppy at the end but was in the game going into the fourth.

I think that this shows that Corbin may be the team that gets penciled in to region favorite. (right now anyway)

Good game by both teams.

Scott County used a 21-2 run to put the game away. Corbin had too many turnovers - 12 in the first quarter. To be tied at 30 apiece at halftime and not have Madison Johnson score, tells me the Redhounds could be dangerous come postseason time.

Corbin played very good in this game. I believe Scott Co. has the talent to play with some NAIA teams.

Just dont understand about this Wilson kid. I have heard really nothing about this kid, but this kid can play. He is possibly one of the best gifted leaders to play at his position, and looks to me as if he could run any play from any position because he knows where everyone should be so well. How has this kid just flew under the radar and noone really notices him? Does he have any looks from any colleges or what?

I've bragged, written, ranked him and stated NUMEROUS times in the paper that he is UNDERRATED ... I think he is a tremendous player, even though he's a HUGE Steelers fan.:p

I agree. The Wilson kid is tough as nails both physically and mentally. He is a coach's dream. Hard worker and a great example to his teammates. Corbin will get better as the season progresses. They may be back at Rupp afterall.

A little closer than I expected but a W is a W. Sounds like Corbin played well. Should be interesting to see how they progress as the season goes on.

Hopefully, we now have more believers. Corbin is the team standing in everyone's way to the region championship.

I think we have seen most every top team have, a close game except Holmes now. Good job hounds.

Ike is a wonderful kid and a superb PG. He has a motor that never stops and the fact that he loves the Steelers makes him even more endearing.
