I disagree. Look at Belfry and Danville. They have won state championships w/o throwing a pass. Defense is the key. It is nothing about smash mouth.

But those teams competed in the smaller classes. In the larger classes, you generally need a more well-rounded offense.

Send out the bloodhounds to find Whitley's D-backs. They were missing in action all night. Pulaski's quarterback did a great job finding the open guy and taking advantage.
