November 12, 200916 yr Was this an oops? Or was it on purpose? The Daily Show With Jon Stewart Mon - Thurs 11p / 10c Sean Hannity Uses Glenn Beck's Protest Footage www.thedailyshow.com Daily Show Full Episodes Political Humor Health Care Crisis
November 16, 200916 yr Author Hannity has admitted to the error. But was the "error" an "error" or was it done on purpose?
November 16, 200916 yr But was the "error" an "error" or was it done on purpose? I assume this is rhetorical.
November 17, 200916 yr Who cares, it's Hannity. BTW, the ending, wow....Stewart can be more lame than I thought.
November 17, 200916 yr Author Who cares, it's Hannity. BTW, the ending, wow....Stewart can be more lame than I thought. I think you take John Stewart a little too seriously. It's comedy. And it's funny to some people, whether you like it or not. And I have a feeling the main reason you don't like it is because he hammers the right a little more than the left. But there is a reason for that. The right gives much funnier material.

Political comedians that are funny are Lewis Black, Chris Rock, George Carlin (sad that we lost him). There's plenty to make fun of on both sides.

John Stewart has to create many more jokes than Lewis Black, Chris Rock, or George Carlin ever had to because he's on TV far more often with his show. I'm sure his stand up would be less generic, if he did stand up comedy. Unfortunately for us, he does not (that I'm aware of). Because I think he would be good at it. Lewis Black had a TV show for a short period of time, and it was not good at all. How you don't find Stewart funny, but you find the bowing jokes about Obama funny is beyond me. Those are as lame as it gets.

November 18, 200916 yr Most political humor is often funny - or not - depending upon which side of the aisle one frequents. I notice that just above this box is an advertisement that proclaims "Ann Coulter - Free". I always figured that she was cheap, but free surprises even me. Funny, or not?

November 18, 200916 yr I'll be here all week. See, if someone with a sense of humor, like you, wrote for Stewart, he'd be funny. I see a new future for you in Political Humor. :notworthy:
November 19, 200916 yr Author Try as you might, try as you may. And Stewart TRIES, but falls short. Very, very short... In your own opinion, maybe. But a lot of people find him to be VERY, very funny. And I'm one of them.
