Could anyone make a case that Brandon Walton and James Knezevich, of Oldham County, are possibly two of the best players in the state? Any word????

Anyone can make a case about pretty much any arguable topic. I, however, couldn't make a case for either of those young men as I have neither heard of them, nor have I seen them play.

Maybe you could give us a little more info on the two...

I'm guessing this question was posed tongue in cheek given that this was "OC QB's" (Oldham County quaterback) very first post. If it was a serious inquiry then I'll go out on a limb and say, "NO", the case can't made that these two unknowns are two of the best in the state.

I have heard alot of talk about him. But from seeing games last year I have to say he hasn't proved anything in my opinion. :idunno:

I heard he is not playing basketball to work on baseball.

NKY Region, Trevor Bezold plays for Bishop Brossart. He is a sophomore but plays varsity third base. A natural pure hitting machine. Would not call him best in state yet, but in the next two years? Remember the name.

He will have good company this year with the addition of Tanner Norton. Norton came from Simon Kenton where he was an 8th grader playing varsity and was one of the top hitters on the team. He will be a great addition to that team. Look for him to be one of the best in the area as he gets older.

He certainly can swing the bat. If memory serves me, he is a big pull hitter. At least that was how he hit it in a game I observed last year. Very nice swing.
