Here is the issue with the public vote now, the dems will not allow it, not because they are worried about it losing, but because every conservative will come out to vote against it, and vote for the Rep. running for office and vote the dems out. It will not be on the ballot this year, but gaming will come closer this session than it ever has to being passed.

Once again, it was the main issue he campaigned on. He has no choice but to concentrate heavily on it.

I agree. It's also the only reason I voted for him so I hope he concentrates heavily on it.
