October 25, 200916 yr Did up a rack yesterday. Slow-cooked for about 10 hours, with lots of hickory chips mixed with the charcoal for plenty of smoke. Mixed up a rub of cajun seasoning, onion, garlic and a few other things, then applied brown sugar later and apple slices after that. Candy apple spice ribs would be a big seller at local restaurants. Yum. I've got another rack thawing out and am going to whip something else together for tonight. :ylsuper:

I just watch for sales at Kroger and other places around town. The key is buying when you don't necessarily need them so that you're not paying too much when you actually do need them.

October 26, 200916 yr Ribs are something that I won't even attempt at home. I can grill with most people, but ribs just take too long and are a lot of work. I don't think I could pull it off, and I'd hate to have to eat a rack of bad barbeque. :thumb: To those of you that can make it happen though.

It is a lot of fun and very rewarding hobby. I've got wings down pat.
