Now, come on. We all know that Stephenson is at UC because of all the bad publicity that came with him. All of the big boys had backed off a while ago. If his situation was different, there is no way he would be at UC.

I'm not sure what your implying about UC, but you seem to think these two kids are better than the Big East? UC was good enough for Wingfield and he was one of if not the top recruit in his class. Same with Satterfield, and I'm forgetting the name of a certain two guard out that was possibly the top player in his class as well. Maybe GT can help me out with his name. :popcorn:

They ARE 9th and 10th graders...Dakotah Euton was going to Duke, Florida, UK and many others when he was a soph. Lots of things can happen between now and then...for better or worse.

 

I also agree. To get excited about a frosh and soph thinking about your program is premature to say the least. This thread seems to be a dart aimed towards UK fans more than anything else...

Very True, however, Euton was all speculation at that point in his recruiting trail. Beckham already has written offers from Washington and DePaul.

Being a X fan could be even worse when it comes to hating on UC. The program has to start somewhere and getting Cashmere Wright, Yancy Gates, and one of if not the top recruit Lance Stephenson is a good starting point. Having these two young guys come visit the school and get a feel for the program is all part of building the program.
