I'm not sure how to pick this one. Pulaski's offense is better than Southwestern's, especially their passing offense. However, Southwestern's defense is better than Pulaski's--especially their run defense. Since the Warriors are a running team and the Maroons have not shown that they can stop the run I think Southwestern wins a tight one 34-28.

I look for a lower scoring game, I think SW uses up lots of clock on the ground. PC has a quick strike offense that lives for the big play. If SW can prevent those I like the Warriors chances. Special teams will be a very important part of the game. (See last year) I do think SW's defense is playing very well, including their pass defense, however this is the first spread team they have seen since Scott Tn.

SW also has one of the best D-Lines I have seen this season.

 

I agree with that completely. I am excited about watching SW's defense vs. the Maroon offense. If SW can continue to get pressure on the QB with only their front 4 it could be troublesome for PC. However, getting pressure is one thing, containing a good QB like Eastham is another.
