Big K 61 Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 As the rain comes down and more on board for tomorrow, how will the weather affect your team? We may have some of the quickest games of the year if more teams keep it on the ground.
nkypete Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 Teams playing on FieldTurf should be fine. Grass fields...bad drainage...well, games have been played in that sort of mucky conditions on all levels for decades...you just "man up" and do whatever it takes to win!
bugatti Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 The rain may be out of the way for a lot of far Western Kentucky by kickoff, but the fields will for surely be in poor condition.
SARR Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 Looks like SEKY might actually luck out around kickoff time 50% chance, climbing to 70% at 11pm. Gonna be windy though.
FC Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 The way its rain now around Christian and Todd Counties and the way the radar looks I’m betting it will be mess come game time. If I’m a coach I’m stressing “hold on to the ball” pre-game tonight.
