As for propagandizing his relationship witht he Palin family, I contend they propagandize themselves as much as anyone, and always in a way to present themselves as blameless and saintly as possible. I do think Levi is entitled to present his side. As for the Playgirl thing...that's gross. But it is a free country, and it's a paying gig. If you're upset he's not paying child support, you might be at least glad he's getting paid. If he's not willingly paying, then he certainly will have income to garnish.

 

I also think that "leaving his pregnant girlfriend" is maybe a bit harsh. I get the impression the Palins weren't too unahppy to see him go.

I am disgusted with most things "Palin" as about anyone. All that you say is true. But, it doesn't paint Johnston in any better light by promoting himself in this manner. IMO, he needs to become a father, not a "celebrity" as he has no demonstrated talent beyond getting a girl pregnant.

I don't say I necessarily approve of some of his choices, but I do also think the kid has a right to try and make a life for himself, and get the opportunity to do the right thing. I'm not sure what his "skills" are, and is he really any worse than Paris Hilton in the overall scheme of things? I mean, in so far as self promotion with no talent. Of course the money thing is a difference.

I wasn't implying that it would earn him any points, but both are earning money legally, regardless of how we feel about their methods. I would at least say that 1) he's begun to earn money 2) he's not on the welfare-rolls, and 3) if she's smart, Bristol will go to the Child Support office and make sure his wages are attached. The fact that the Palin's have apparently made no effort to push the child support issue, and have made it difficult for him to be a father to his child, leads me to believe they are passively trying to use the lack of child support to eventually justify their resistence to him seeing the kid. If they were overt about it, they'd be in clear violation of the law (I assume). It seems fishy that they haven't pursued child support through legal channels.

 

Anywho....if strippers can be "good girls trying to earn money", can't a guy cashing in on his 15 minutes be the same? :lol:
