September 21, 200916 yr Ahh the Bengals fans... You guys crack me up... Jeff Reed misses two kicks in one game, not very likely. Santonio drops a touchdown pass, also not very likely. Steelers had their chances and just didn't execute. The positive? We'll see a much more focused Steeler team next weekend.
September 21, 200916 yr Well, as much as I'd like to think that Cincy will be P'burgh west, and to some degree it will be, if they had lost this week to GreenBay, that stadium would have been 70% black and gold. However, now that they are both 1-1, that stadium will be 60/40 Bengals fans. Tyrone Carter was woeful yesterday. What I don't understand from him is this, you know that when the blitz is coming from your side, you are now covering the hot read, yet even in goal line situations, he continued to let guys cut the route in front of him. Both TD's were of the same ilk. On the last one, you could see Ryan Clark simply drop his head. Probably thinking man how I wish Troy was back there. I think that they are deep at corner and would be better off with DeShea Townsend there, but that won't happen. So, if Brat has a clue, he'd make sure that Carter was on the hot route and it should be fairly easy pickin's. And Ced Benson will keep the run defense honest enough that I think the Cincy can have success if they can keep Carson upright.
September 21, 200916 yr Sorry Cincy fans but the Steelers are not going to lose two in a row. Be ready for Sunday.

September 21, 200916 yr I think 40 is a bit generous. I'll say 30. Now HT, can I really rely on you to give a fair assessment? If I recall correctly, you way undershot that ratio last year too. So, I hope to verify your assesent with my own eyeballs Sunday!
September 22, 200916 yr Great game by Cutler; I was sure the Steelers would abuse him even worse than GB did. Watching that game brought back painful memories of the days of Dwayne "Toast" Washington.

So, I hope to verify your assesent with my own eyeballs Sunday! I will take a picture at game time and post it if I can. I have been there in the good times and bad and if there wasn't a good amount of Bengals buzz you would be right.
