I think Florida State should just get like two unsportsmanlike penalties after they score a TD. Move the ball out to 45 yards or so where this kicker has a better time hitting.

I understand keeping it out of the opposing returner's hands, but letting them have it at the 40 isn't much better. If that's what you're going to do, just kick it out of bounds!
