sportsfan41 Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 Just figured I'd see how everyone else's weeks going. Mine has started out GREAT. My student loans for school went through so I'm no longer horribly stressed about money, I'm just in debt now, but I'm pretty good about managing debt so I'm actually happy about this. Somehow my vacation time for Labor Day got deleted at work two weeks ago, well it's back now so I have a 3 day weekend packed with college football to look forward to. Guitar Hero 5 comes out today. My draft went well last night. I feel good!!! AND I've been on good terms with the girlfriend for quite sometime now. Life is good.:dancingpa

If a relationship comes around make sure she's really into school otherwise it shouldn't be anything more than a fling.

Maybe you're will come the first of the year. I guess at this point we should be glad to have jobs really.

I am glad that my folks all have jobs, but I hated to tell my 7 employees that there will be no raises this year. But they understand and are happy we aren't having to cut anyone.

Xtiger69 Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 This is shaping up to being a great week: Thursday- vacation day my oldest son is flying from Houston for the weekend Friday- my oldest son and I are playing golf, then my wife, 2 sons are heading to Cincinnati Embassy suites to meet my daughter & boyfriend coming in from Chicago having dinner and drinks out on the town Saturday- we all all going to the UK game, then after the game heading to UL to tailgate and game. Sunday- playing golf with my sons and having a cookout Monday- taking it easy and watching football with cold beverages

I've been having issues with the girl I've been seeing for a while cause basically her life is a dumpster fire :lol:. But Work has been going good, got a great review, workload has been brought down to a more manageable level. Its beautiful weather. Able to pay off my credit card! So now my only debt is mortgage, car and student loan! And if things don't work out with my girl I've got a lot of interest from a few girls . Been losing weight, I think the best thing I could have ever done was start keeping a food journal which makes ya think twice before eating junk!
