Will Pulaski be at full stregth?

 

I am reading they suffered some injuries.

I know they lost Muse to a knee injury, but not sure for how long. If it is blown as some think, he could be done for the season, and that is a huge loss. Abner (Rb) went out with a concussion, so hopefully he will be back on Friday. They need this win to turn things around.

I'll take East Jessamine for this game.

The team is healthy and ready to turn this program around. Their Jr class went went 33-1 in middle school. They have heart and determination and the coach is looking to them to lead the team. They have a young quarterback but he has done a great job so far. Austin Hager was mvp at the Death Valley Bowl last Friday and hasn't been stopped this year. Carmeron Thomas is a sophmore with little experience but given the ball can make big plays. Seth Hunt is also a sophmore who comes up with big plays. Expecting big things from East this year even though they are in a district with Boyle Co and Lex Catholic.

I heard today Muse is done for the season. Complete tear of the ACL. Sounds as if their will be no basketball either. I am not getting this info first hand so if anyone close to the Pulaski Co. family can correct or elaborate, please do so.

It's correct he tore it pretty bad.

Both Muse and Abner along with Brian Barnett will be out this week. That is Pulaski Co.'s starting backfield. Barnett has been out since Aug. 4, but, should be back by the Oct. 9 game against Lincoln Co. Abner is out at least one, if not two, weeks with a concussion.

Muse will have his MRI read by Dr. Ireland of UK on Wednesday. Right now he is not playing Friday and we will have to wait on the reading of his MRI.

The loss of Muse is a big one-but Eastham is a better QB than most people realize. He will do fine in his first start of the year.

Muse has a completely torn ACL. He is out for the season. He will have surgery on Sept. 22. I feel for the young man, but, I know he will rehab at a furious rate, and have a productive College Career.
