As much as we've discussed MMA and as much as I've talked about Dan Henderson...and the fact that I believe Henderson stands the best chance against Anderson Silva among Middleweights wasn't just a slight clue that I had a higher opinion of him? :idunno::isurrender:
August 28, 200917 yr I read today that after the Big Nog fight, instead of Lesnar, Cotoure wants Anderson Silva or Lyoto Machida. You may get your wish after all young Skywalker. I don't see much point in him fighting Lesnar again. It's a terrible matchup because of the size...you can never count Captain America out, but vs. Lesnar is about as close as it gets. Perhaps Joe Silva and Dana White read BGP.
August 28, 200917 yr When Vera first broke onto the scene, I really thought he was the future of whatever division he decided to fight in. To say his striking is on par with Silva's is more than a little bit of a reach. Vera's last couple of fights have been torture to watch... Definitely a reach...but at his best, Vera would at least make for an interesting matchup.

I thought it was odd too, but it looked like what it looked like. :lol:
