June 29, 200917 yr Author Since I'm a State Farm person, I have State Farm... My thoughts are that it is fine with whomever you have as long as you have the coverage you need and understand what you pay for? Just make sure you aren't cutting corners. Also, make sure you have someone that you can talk with or build a relationship with, unless the rates are just out of this world! The bolded is certainly true. I had to make sure that I was comparing apples to apples when I was getting my quotes. In my 13 year relationship with KFB, I never had a claim, so I did not develop a relationship with my agent. As a matter of fact, when I walked in the office last week to cancel my old policy, I did not even recognize her, just the secretary that did the paperwork.

Glad to hear that...I will tell you that I make it an must to offer every client a review at least annually and always speak or introduce myself to new customers! I would be very shocked and dissapointed in my team and myself if we didn't meet a customer for 13 years...that is NOT taking care of your customers and making them feel wanted!:ohbrother: Edited June 29, 200917 yr by WKYfootballguy
