June 25, 200917 yr James called AAU and explained the break up between them and the team they joined with. I forget their name. They participated in the state with them, then broke up. AAU gave them an at large bid. I heard they have went through some changes. Who is on the roster of the 13U Tar Heels?

June 26, 200917 yr Hatton,McNeil,Avery,Beal,True,Morgan,Palmer...they have two other boys but I don't believe they have played with them in past years, not sure what their names are....the boys above had merged with DS All Stars this year but broke up right after state..and went back as the tarheels.

June 29, 200917 yr Tarheels just defeated Georgia Stars HD 53-47. Congrats to the Tarheels. 1-0 in pool play.:thumb:
June 29, 200917 yr Kentucky Elite defeated Classics-Fusion from the Potomac Valley by the score of 63-41 and are 1-0 in pool play. Congrats and good luck tomorrow to both of the KY teams.:thumb:
June 30, 200917 yr Author Looks like both teams should win their pool games again today. Tarheels with North Alabama Crusaders and the Elite with New Jersey King Street Kings. Both teams should make it out of pool play undefeated. The only hurdle I see is the Wisconsin Playground Elite in the Tarheel pool. They look pretty tough but if Hatton and Mcneil and company come to play, they should be alright.
July 1, 200917 yr Congrats to U13 KY Elite for winning their pool beating Team Bama by 11 this morning. They will play in the championship bracket tomorrow morning against the loser of Youth Interlock/Team NJ ABC then a potential match-up against Indy Ice. Good luck boys!!

July 2, 200917 yr KY Elite win this morning 67-39 and play Indy Ice this afternoon. Tar Heels first bracket game is not until this afternoon.
