Any guesses as to who will be the starting pitchers for this game? Will Murray get the start for Scott and how have the Breds' faired against curve ball throwers this season? Who is the favorite in this game and can either one beat Beechwood in a best of 3 series? Thanks for opinions.

Either Martin or Dailey will start for the breds and they have not had much trouble hitting the curve ball this year. I believe that Harrison wins this game but it will be a great game to watch. Harrison has the pitching, hitting, defense and experience to carry them on past Beechwood.

Homefield advantage Scott, experience and tradition advantage to Harrison. I think Harrison will win this one, but it could be a close game. Both teams should have their full compliment of pitchers available.

Murray pitched 7 innings Wenesday against Bourbon Co. I don't believe he is eligible. I heard the game was supposed to start at 6, but is being pushed up due to the potential of rain. Anyone know if this is the case?

Why was the game not played tonight after the 2 innings of Scott vs. Nicholas? That game could have started around 4 and gave the winner time to get ready for the championship with an hour or so of rest.

If so, they probably get out at 3:00 or 3:30. With going to Scott they would had to leave early.

 

These are the two teams I predicted that would be in the finals, and gave Harrison the nod to win it all.

I just confirmed with one of the HCHS Coaches that the game is still at 6:00.

The game is still scheduled for 6 o'clock and that is a smart call. If it does rain this afternoon, that gives the Scott crew time to work on the field and have it ready for game time without any delay like we've had all week.
