That district has completely dominated the 10th region. If someone other than the 40th wins it, they'll likely have to beat both Clark & Montgomery to do so. No small task there.

I read in another thread that the winner has come from the 40th district all but 2 years since its start. With GRC and Montgomery in opposite brackets, the winner could possibly have to beat both teams. I agree, would be a tall task.

Pretty sure it's today, but I could be wrong. I think around 11:00 or so in Mt. Sterling.
