May 21, 200917 yr OMG I cannot believe it. HB to get my back in a football thread? To debate something pertaining to the NFC East? :scared:  All jokes aside, I really don't see McNabb as being clutch, no matter how bad Shoe is trying to talk me into it. I don't care who it is, give them four chances at a ring and I bet they win one. Now I know McNabb himself is not entirely at fault, but the Elway discussion to me is not the same, he only lost it a time or two before breaking through and winning a couple. D Nabb is ofer. He lost to the Cardinals last year when everyone was predicting a Penn. Superbowl, and the sands inching closer to being all in the bottom half of the hour glass. Furthermore, those Eagles teams of a few years ago should have been in the Superbowl. It was clear they were the best team in the NFC at those point in times. Jim Kelly might find fault with this statement. And I would argue he was a better QB than McNabb. I stand by my statement. McNabb has lifted teams into Super Bowl contention that without him would be 6-10.

He's had the chance to win a super bowl and a few NFC championships in the final quarter but he wasn't clutch enough to do it.
May 22, 200917 yr 1. Tom Brady - He's the #1 obvious choice, got all the rings without a Randy Moss or any dominant wide outs on his side. 2. Peyton Manning - Not a big fan of him, but he is a clutch QB who has made some huge throws late in games. 3. McNabb - Always loved this guy, he is close at 2nd. I really hope the Eagles can finally break away and win the NFC this year. 4. Drew Brees - Love this man a lot, and his game. Has made some big throws in clutch moments over his career. 5. Phillip Rivers - Pretty clutch QB.
