Still good but not what you would think of Bill, he did not do much in Dallas. He was hired in Dec and not Nov which was pretty much after the season and all the injuries. You gonna tell me not having all the injured players back did not help the Dolphins last year. Come on you guys are smarter than that. If you don't think Parcels made a difference, then you are kidding yourself. If Cincy hired Parcels to run the football operations, I would be worried about the Bengals this year.
