May 15, 200917 yr Much needed win tonight. Boggs hasn't done a bad job. Anyone else think he should stay in the rotation when Carp comes back and someone else gets kicked out? Big problem with Boggs is that he is not lasting long enough. When he pitches the pen gets a workout.

I think if he can get ahead of batters more often he could be a good 4 or 5 starter. He just throws too many balls and gets behind and by the 4th inning he is in the upper 70's and 80's in pitch count. Ankiel will participate in an extended spring game this weekend and is getting more comfortable. Could be back next week.
