May 1, 200917 yr LSU QB..I asked this before...name a true freshman QB in the SEC that had a decent year, I didn't ask for "Good"? Gators will stumble...I hope at least. For the Gator fans last year when they beat Bama in the SEC game wonder why Tim no penalty was called when )1 Tim came onto the kickoff team huddle and left the huddle )2 his helmet was off when he came out onto the field. Reminds me when our QB was called for one after a TD and it cost us 15. No big deal just waiting for the summer.

He will get most of the snaps, true frosh Russell Shepard will play some but I think he will be more of a wildcat type player for them this year for the reasons you just stated.

Gators couldn't stop our running game and we were forced to pass. Ah Larry, the Tide got the ball back with 9 minutes to go anyways. I felt that had they not try to throw their way down the field on that drive they would have had a shot at winning. The running game was giving Florida fits, and nearly a quarter is long enough to score. What do I know though? Ha ha. I think Saban took a calculated risk by throwing the bomb on first down. I wouldn't have done that given Alabama's playcalling style, but who am I to question Nick Saban?
May 3, 200917 yr You had me until you said these (LB) guys were deep. The LB core for the Gators is weak outside of Spikes. Jenkins and Bostic will be studs, but the rest of the guys don't do much. Trust me, I had to watch the Gators enough to have made a decent analysis. Also, James role has decreased. Teams don't kick to him. But, to be fair I think UF blocks about a kick a game. I agree that my boy Aaron Hernandez will be an All-American, but it will be 2nd team though. Gresham would have to get hurt. All in all UF should run the table and win the title. History suggest that won't happen though, am I right BSPikes? Ahh, I think you're still sore about the beatdown Dustin Doe put on you in our game of NCAA 09. And yes, James is too dangerous to kick to, but I will say of the 15 or so times he gets to field a kick cleanly, he takes 3 to the house. And as for history, we have the best player in the country on defense-and the best player in the country periond IMO-and this team is the best team UF has had ever and while in this day and age parity is more prevalent than ever, but I see this team being able to get it done and complete their first undefeated season in school history.
