April 15, 200917 yr 92 catches last season with a hack throwing him the ball. I will maintain that TJ was the best O player for the Bengals the past two seasons. I think he will be missed more than some realize. As far as Palmer, he has lost all mobility, so unless they build the Great Wall of China in front of him, he may be watching from the sidelines again. I think Caldwell is ready to step in. Also, Palmer wasn't ever mobile. His knee injury didn't help, but last year it was his elbow, not his legs that were bothering him... I'd agree that TJ has been the best offensive player, though. But, a WR is much easier to replace than a QB.

I'd be pleasantly surprised if Caldwell approaches TJS #s. Because of his lack of mobility Carson will not survive behind this line. Whether it be his leg, elbow, face, back, neck or head, he's in trouble unless they figure out a way to completely overhaul the line.

April 15, 200917 yr The Bengal success or failure will depend solely on keeping Carson upright. Defense was respectable last season at times and with Rivers back, they should be the best of the units, IMO. Can't cry about this schedule as compared to last seasons.

TJ has had the best stats over the past 2 years, I find it hilarious you limit it to two years simply because it's the only semi-legit argument you have, when it's obvious that Carson is the better player. You really believe the Bengals would do better this year with TJ on the field than with Carson? Seriously, you're smarter than that.
