Track the Stanley Cup Playoffs

The Pens have life with a 3 - 2 win in overtime. The Pens also have a history of falling behind to the Caps and still winning the series. I am hoping for the trend to continue. Caps up 2-1 in the series.

The Caps/Penguins series has been fantastic.

Yes it has... If Geno can play like he did last night, along with Sid, then Pitt has a good chance of winning the series.

Big Mo is on Pitts side now, and with game 5 the next night, the Pens have a chance to keep it rolling.

Pitt has come all the way back to take a 3-2 series lead. Yet another OT game.

They have a history of coming back in a playoff series against Washington. Every game in this series has been great!

Pitt can take the series tonight with game 6, as can the Blackhawks against the Canucks!

I'm hoping both teams pull it off.

I believe the game is at Pittsburgh. I will be watching.

After the first period the Pens lead 1-0, which is a bad sign since every single game in this series the team who scored first lost the game...:idunno:

BTW, it is absolutely terrible that Walker for Carolina was not suspended for a game or more. I'm listening to the justification for this on the intermission report, but it's a crock IMO. Boston was leading 4-0 in a game Carolina knew they'd lost, a player that is not all that important to the 'Canes breaks the face of a prominent Bruin. That is sending the wrong message as to what is allowable.

It's not only that they didn't make the call to suspend him further, but they actually revoked a mandatory one game suspension for the instigating penalty Walker took.

After two periods its all tied up at two between the Pens and Caps...

Pittsburgh looked like they might be on their way to the finals, and then everything turned on them really quickly in about a minute and a half as Washington scored two straight goals and have taken a 4-3 lead.

Pitt ties it up and the two teams are headed to the third OT game of the series.

What a great series... :notworthy:
