I'll give it a shot for Covington Catholic, based off of memory.

 

Cov Cath v. Scott County - Scott County is at least 1-0, maybe 2-0.

Cov Cath v. PRP - Cov Cath leads 1-0, with a win at the State Tournament.

Cov Cath v. Mason - Mason leads, probably 2-1.

Cov Cath v. Ballard - Didn't play in the 2000's, to my knowledge.

Cov Cath v. Lexington Catholic - Wanna say that Lex Cath is 2-0. Not sure.

Cov Cath v. Warren Central - WC is 1-0, with a win in state semi-finals en route to a state championship.

 

I'm guess-timating CCH is 3-6 against the top 10.

 

If anybody has the time (or desire) to look it up, feel free. I don't think mine are exact (especially Scott Co., LexCath & Mason), but hopefully they're pretty close.
