It may me just talking here but Bell Co. reloads right not rebuilds right? The Bobcats never have a down year that is if you call a 6-5 season down, for most teams around the state that is a desent year. Bell Co. will be great this year state title again who knows but the team that beat them will win the title, my point is if you want to win it all it goes through the blue and white.

 

I definately agree that Bell Co. reloads and does it better year in and year out than most in the state. I would also agree that if Bell gets beat in the playoffs the team that beats them will be favored to win the title. We kind of have an inside saying that goes like this "all we have to do to win a state championship is be good enough to win our district". No offense to Boyle Co or Lex. Cath. because we know there would be more obstacles with programs like yours. We just know that in order for anyone in our district to have any kind of chance they have to get their program to Bell's level of play, which is a tough thing to do! Good luck to everyone this season!

Hearing that on Log Mountain Monday that the Bobcats had a couple of kids that had 40's in the 4.4's during their PF testing and some monsters in the weight room!!!! Can't wait til the season starts!:clap: We might win a game after all this season!!

I sure hope you are right Krack Back and we win a game this season.:laugh: This Bell County team will have the most speed of any of the former Bell County teams. I expect good things from this team if everything goes right and they work hard each and every week.

If I had to pick one team to win the State Championship it would be Bell Co. I can't waite for the day to come when we in McCreary Co. can say it and believe it that we can play with Bell Co. The first time I watched Bell Co. was in the 1990 AAA semi-final game, even tho they lost to Ashland 19-14 you can see that Bell Co. was a physical tough team. I believe they where 13-1 that year and beat Cov. Catholic in double over time 17-10 in the quarterfinals.

Bell County will always be physical. That year they beat was probably one of the best cov Cath teams that they have had. They looked like a small college team.

I think that they looked the same when the new school started in 1984 as the same as my avatar but I believe the cats was in all blue. The black was added in the early 90's. Before the new school was built they were maroon and white so I couldn't tell you.

I was thinking they had some other logo on their helmet in the late 90's and even the mid to late 80' besides the one you have in your avatar.
