Ram Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 What does Wayne County need to do to improve in 2009? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.
cellking Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 Wayne Co. had several Sr's. Not sure how many. Lost a lot on Def. line. Must replace these lineman to be as good as last year.
zebra's eyes Posted March 18, 2009 Posted March 18, 2009 Get their Coach to come off the top rope on someone. Stone Cold!!
Jesse James Posted March 22, 2009 Posted March 22, 2009 Coach Thompson does a great job. He may have already did the top rope thing( sorry Coach). Wayne will be right there. They have a great young group on the way and look for incoming freshman Dagan Shelton to make a big impact on defense for them. This kid is a beast for a kid this young.

If this is the kid that played basketball for the high school as an 8th grader this year he is a beast for a young kid. I agree coach Thompson is a great coach and a great person. Good luck to Wayne Co except for their game against McCreary!
cellking Posted March 29, 2009 Posted March 29, 2009 How many Sr.'s did Wayne Co. have?? Will they be as good as last year??
MAD MAN JACK Posted April 1, 2009 Posted April 1, 2009 Wayne will be good next year, great staff. They have "The Fever", Coach John LaFevers running the defense.
cellking Posted April 24, 2009 Posted April 24, 2009 How does anyone see the Wayne Co. vs. McCreary central game, next year. I know the havn't played in a long time. Good to see Wayne back on the schedule.
jumper1 Posted May 3, 2009 Posted May 3, 2009 I see Wayne County finishing second in the district. I was impressed with them last year and am looking forward with the matchup with Somerset. Here's how I see the district shaping out: 1.Somerset 2. Wayne Co. 3. Garrard Co. 4. Taylor Co. 5. Casey Co. 6. Jackson Co.

Here's how I see the district shaping out: 1.Somerset 2. Wayne Co. 3. Garrard Co. 4. Taylor Co. 5. Casey Co. 6. Jackson Co. What does the Schedule look like? I think most would expect Wayne and Garrard to be contending for the #2 spot in the district (and a home playoff game). It's hard to say which team will be better, but you'd think Garrard might have an edge with the regular season game in Lancaster. Should be a good season throughout District 5 this year.
cellking Posted May 19, 2009 Posted May 19, 2009 We'r glad at McCreary Central to have Wayne Co. on the Schedule again, should be a great ballgame. Saw them scrimmage last year and they looked real even. Looking Fwd. to that game.
SPORTY GUY Posted May 19, 2009 Posted May 19, 2009 I know Monroe Co. not a district but do know tha Falcons open up with Wayne Co. Last year was a real good game could have went either way. Looking forward coming to Wayne Co. to open season.
