Ethan Faulkner is the best point guard in the tournament. He's a leader, he scores, he rebounds, he sets up his team, he just does it all. I mean a triple-double average in the regional tournament is no small accomplishment, no matter who you're are playing.

I like this.....If SV could have the ball bounce their way and do well in the tourney I think E. Justice's stock will rise. Could Sanford and Justice be better for Ky for the next 5 years than Liggins and Vilarano?

I am anxious to see how Mills from Corbin plays against Eastern. In the 13th he was one of the two quickest guards in the region. He is the big X- factor for Corbin against Eastern. If he can get Corbin into good sets in the half-court, I like Corbin's chance of pulling off a win. On the other hand we could just see how much of a speed difference they are between the 13th region guards and Eastern guards. I still think the winner of this game will be in the finals. Corbin has great length and can score in bunches and Eastern won a regional tourney out of Louisville and won the LIT. Even though I have not seen them play, that is enough info for me.

Do you mean Wilson? There is no Mills on Corbin's roster.

Fudge is a very good PG and was there as a sophomore so he has big game experience and a coach's son. I will say there are a ton of great PG's in this year's tournament with Sanford, Faulkner, Justice, etc

Who are the good ones? I proabley cant rate them very good cause I dont know all of them or have questions like does Vee Sanford play the PG? Some guys are true PG and some are 2G that handle the ball.

How could Russ Middleton be left out?

I havent seen Mason County play. With him only avg 2 assist a gm and thier leading scoring, I assumed he was an shooting guard.

Correct. Mason Co seems to do a point guard by committee. Downing Hamm and Middleton all do their fair share of ball handling.

Yes Middleton has changed his role this year to do what is best for the team. I believe he was their starting point guard on the state championship team last year?

Yes I agree, you have to put Middleton in the group of solid PG's, the kid can just flat out score and has great court awareness.

I agree d-dawg. Russ sees the floor extremely well, an excellent passer and totally unselfish with the ball.

Elisha Justice it is, best PG in the state for the tournment and next season.
