Bowling Green's best player is Tevin Barksdale. He leads them in scoring and is their overall best player. They don't have a lot of size other than 6'4 Jeb Richardson, but he is more of a perimeter player. DJ Ray is very inconsistent but when he is 'on' he can be very good.

 

Bowling Green is the best team in the 4th region. I'm not sure that is saying much because the 4th region is not very strong this year. They split with Warren Central in the regular season and lost in the district final to the Dragons.

 

If this game is close going into the 4th qtr I like the Purples chances. If it is close, Barksdale will not let them lose.

 

I could also see LexCath winning by 12-15. It is just a different brand of basketball played in the 11th region compared to the 4th.

FWIW, I still think Bowling Green was the best team in the region last year, even though Greenwood got the title. Best team is not always the winner. Heck, look at Bowling Green's opponent here for an example.

Like I said, I beg to differ, and it's clearly something that we will just disagree on. Ultimately, all that matters is that Bowling Green got the title.
