Shover was in street clothes the entire game. Never heard why, but......

 

Pauly played some but still looks sick! When he did play, he make the team look much better. This team would have been so ...... much better if either Pauly or Mitch hadn't been sick for so long......

 

Young #40 Conner Mashinot had an outstanding game passing the ball around. If he can just understand that it's ok to make a mistake from time to time, alais he is just a young kid.

 

IMO Wilson just isn't a PG.

 

The small student body had a ball tonight and when the SK kids left early in the fourth quarter, the CovCath seniors left the CovCath side to cheer on the SK side against the Juniors and Sophomores. They had a ball cheering against each other too....

 

The CovCath players bench went nuts when Wellbrock hit his first of two FT and they just about fell over when he made his next two. 3/5 on the night isn't bad at all for a kid who has looked so bad from the Free line this season....

You can forget about all of the ups & downs this season when the district tournament rolls around. There is a brand new season on the horizon and I hope these kids & coaches realize this.

Isler played very well and still didn't get enough touches. I do , though, like how CCH decided to go to the rim as much as possible .

I know SK is really struggling this year, but when CCH starts attacking and getting to the rim and throwing the ball inside, good things happen. Hopefully Coach L realizes this as well. It's when they try to become a perimeter team that they start to struggle. Keep feeding those bigs down low and have Luke and Alex get in the lane. Good things will come.

He is only 35 points or so away now, after the game the other night.

Two more regular nights for him and he will get there. If he has an off night either of the next two games and Cov Cath doesn't beat Beechwood then he won't get there.
