Good win on the road for the Lions, playing seven on five all night was quite an adventure. People always said when you go to St. Pat you are down ten points before you get off the bus and it is quite true. I don't know where the 10th region gets their officals but you had to be scraping the bottom of the barrell with these two.

It's more this than it is the officials. Any LC fan has no room to talk either. When we played there, on consecutive plays my friend and I got shoved out of bounds. He got hurt. They blew the whistle on my play... to call TRAVELING!

St Pat's floor is regulation size, but the walls seem close. Officials are not very good anywhere. 10th region has got about five and the 16 has about five good officials each. In the 16th ,three of the best were at Elliott Co- Ballard game and three of the best in the 10th called the Clark Co-Lafayette game this week. I always thought John Chamberlin was the best in the 10th but took this year off to watch his daughter play her senior year at St Pat.:ylsuper:

It's a joke to even have to go to a place like that and play, it looks like a grade school gym, and where they get these refs is beyond me. We had a player get an elbow to the eye and have to get stitches and they called the foul on him. If these two teams played on a neautral floor Lewis would win by 15 points.

I'm telling you , officiating is getting bad everywhere. GRC played Scott in the 9th region and that was the worse officiated game I have ever seen.:taz:

If you had green and white glasses. It wasn't that fun if you were a Lewis fan. The final play of the game kind of sums it up. St. Pat inbounds the ball on the opposite baseline with two seconds left to drive the length of the floor, they throw the ball in to the biggest guy on the floor and he makes it all the way down the floor and gets a shot off at the 3 pt line. Come on people Ty Lawson can't get down the floor that fast, the homers forgot to start the clock.

Didnt say it wasnt regulation size. Its just a small gym to play in. If you arent used to playing in a place that small, it takes some time to get adjusted to it.

I've been to games at Lewis County as a visitor many times where you swear they got the officials out of their own crowd. NO room to talk!

Nice win on the road for the Lions. Joe is one of the best coaches in the 16th region IMO. This is getting to his time of the year his teams are always a tough out come tournament time.
