paNDA Posted January 30, 2009 Posted January 30, 2009 Nothing is easy once you reach this point but that top half of the brackett is murderous.
Eta Rho Posted January 30, 2009 Posted January 30, 2009 I really like Highlands chances in that bottom bracket. If they can get past Lexington Christian in the second round, I could really see them coming out of the bottom bracket.

Crunch-time Posted January 30, 2009 Posted January 30, 2009 I really like Highlands chances in that bottom bracket. If they can get past Lexington Christian in the second round, I could really see them coming out of the bottom bracket. I said it on another post a couple of weeks ago and based on a few recent close games I feel even stronger...the 9th is wide open.
mcpapa Posted January 30, 2009 Posted January 30, 2009 Potential Manual-Montgomery matchup in Round 1 would be very interesting.
Dixiedarling Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 If Highlands comes into the Regional Tournament haven't not lossed a regional game I don't know how one can say the 9th is wide open. No matter what you think about Highlands you have to kind of give credit where credit's due. I think they're capable of getting beat in this region, but until they do then they're the obvious favorite. Perhaps most impressive is the opportunity they have to go undefeated in the region. This hasn't been accomplished in at least the last 12 years.

Interesting.....don't they have to play the 16th region in the first round? Or did they get a bye?
Bleachercreature Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 Really? Interesting.....don't they have to play the 16th region in the first round? Or did they get a bye? I can see Rowan County having something to say about that.
