January 28, 200917 yr Back in my day, we would walk to class both ways in such a piddly little snow storm as this.:thumb: Of course, I went to Berea about 98% of the student body lived on campus. We got out one day in my 5 years and it was for the cold. Now, I can tell you for a fact that I missed more than one day of class during those 5 years.:sssh:

January 28, 200917 yr So I just got an email from the professor of my night class....He's decided to give us a quiz tonight....He then sent another email saying that numerous students have emailed him asking why he would give a quiz when the weather is so bad that many students won't be able to make it, and he said that if class is on, the quiz will take place, and those that can't make it because of the weather will be given a zero.

Wow sounds like a professor who cares none for the safety of his students and to insure that you all come hes given a quiz and if you dont show up its a 0. Sounds pretty heartless to me, maybe he'll experince what the weathers like on his way to night class, which I dont really see happening right now.
