What kind of O and D does he run?

Until the football program is backed more heavily by the district administration it does not matter who coaches. They got this going the right way several years ago and won games at the varsity level. Too many coaching changes and too many interferences keep this from ever getting off the ground. Good luck to the new coach!

Bruce will do a good job and the kids will like playing for him. But you are right if he has no district support he will be a one legged man in a tail kicking contest............

Congrats to Coach Bruce Jones.

According to the football people in Bracken County Coach Jones really helped Codie Breeze out in getting his deal with the University of the the Cumberlands. Its nice to see a coach come into a small school in his first year and help a kid out like this. I seen this kid play and he is a hard playing kid. I can see why Coach Jones went the extra mile with him. Good luck Coach Jones

Coach Jones just did his job and that is the way he looks at it when to helping kids. If Bracken County will get behind him and not get caught up wins and losses early he will build that program. Bruce understands he has to build not only the high school, but middle school and youth programs for support.

Brackens Middle School program isnt doing bad at all. My nephew plays for Mason co 8th grade and I seen them play Brackens MS team last year. Bracken has athletes and are well coached at that level. I think Coach Jones will have help at the lower level as long as those coachs are still there.
