Here comes the witch hunt

Featured Replies

Actually I remember one federal prosecutor pushing for a grand jury criminal investigation about just that over President Bush's objections. I can't remember how far the process went. Bush showed class in discouraging these types of witch hunts but a president cannot control the sharks when they smell blood. My guess is Obama will also discourage it but he won't be able to control the process any more than other presidents could.
My point is that the Republicans in Congress could have pursued their own witch hunt against Clinton but declined to do so. I am not very confident that Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi possess the intelligence or the statesmanship to look beyond the 2010 elections.

No argument here.

No need to get snippy, I was asking a simple question .

Nah, not snippy. Just wanted you to feel warm and fuzzy with my answer.;)

Because we all know the Dems will be 100% objective won't they?
Like the other side is, too? Yeah, right ...
