^ I think the Musketeer faithful now this all too well. They did this to John Younce in 1983 and to TJ Maynard in 2003. I think it is very ironic that Coach Copley has fallen due to apparently the same foe and now he could be the one to turn things around at Greenup. Funny how things can seem so unattached yet weave together through fate.

I think Mayo left after the '97 season. We (LC) lost to P'ville in the '96 Region Final (I think that is right) and then they came to LC in '97 in the 1st round of the playoffs and lost. Whoever coached then was gone shortly afterwards. It may have been Mayo.

 

That is a lot of coaches in a short time, though. It is hard to get anything going when you are changing coaches, styles and philosophies so often.
