December 23, 200817 yr It is distributed to the other clubs. That is what I thought. What a great alternative to a salary cap. Each team will get less than 1 million. I'm assuming since the Tigers & Yanks are the only 2 teams who had to pay it that they're also the only two who won't receive ANY money?
