Okay, you lost me. I thought in any case, if I take off in front court, catch the ball, land in backcourt; over and back!

 

Thanks for the info. I knew the passer could throw it into backcourt to A3, but did not realize a "friendly" player could touch the ball in frontcourt (on a play like this) and knock it into backcourt and it not be a violation. Thanks.

 

This is why there is always so much yelling from the stands and criticism of refs, because people think they know the rules when they usually don't!:D
