What say you? Last year Jackson County was unbelievable in the first quarter and jumped on top of North quickly. This year could be different as the Generals lost a ton of talent from last year and have a first year head coach.

Jackson County lost most of their team from last year, and are in a rebuilding phase. I think North Laurel wins this one easily.

North Laurel by 25.

North will roll in this one, Jackson Co. lost way to much last year to just reload.

After blowing up in the 4th quarter after leading GRC, the Jags recovered nicely in a lopsided win over Lafayette. Jags by 20.

I have seen North play here at GRC on opening night and they put up a decent fight until late 3rd early 4th quarter. They have a player I believe #21 who was just a great athlete and was head and shoulders above the other players for North. But from what I've heard about Jackson they lost a ot of talent and are under a new coach so I am going to say North by 12.

They didn't lead GRC for long and when they did it went back and forth for a few possessions. It's not like they lead for a quarter or two. They lost to a better team that they were supposed to lose to. I will say this they came out and played hard but not enough to compete with the talent GRC has this year.

My comment was not meant as a slam against GRC as they are loaded! Never said they led for long, but they did lead GRC. GRC is more talented, I would never doubt that. I love the way Stenzel plays, ... agressive and fearless!

My comment was that North is going to be better than many think. You are right about #21 Seidel, he is the key for North Laurel. But the others have to step up as no team can be a one man show. If they younger guys come along, they can compete. In this game with Jackson County, I just think that the Generals lost more than the Jaguars and that will be the difference IMHO.

North Laurel 72-52.
