As for individual teams - Florida is much better than anyone else.
November 16, 200817 yr I think Florida is the best team in the nation, hands down. We may never know, but definitely not hands down. USC has both the offense and Defense to beat Florida. I would take USC in a BCS championship game

SEC currently has two top tier teams while the Big 8/12SW has 3, but after that the SEC is much better at the bottom IMO.
