I read in the paper last week where Harlan's Coach said they were going to shock the world with the win? What kind of program has Allen Central had over the last few years and who have they beat this year? Just wondering because his statement made me think that I might have missed something. Who is favored in this one?

 

That was, perhaps, a little overstated, but the intent was taken. The Dragons were written off for dead on more than one occasion this season and, with just 2 wins and 3 seniors, winning a playoff game could certainly be considered a shock. And, as any coach knows, you have to realize when you are talking to real reporters because they pick up on anything uttered (and you know who you are,lol)!!:laugh: Seriously, AC has had a great season with losses to district opponents and permanent playoff fixtures Paintsville and Pikeville, and, if Im not mistaken, the loss to Pikeville was by one point. They have had a great year and deserve everyone's respect!!

You are the only real one I know....and I dont know if thats good or bad. Ive still never forgiven you for years back when a radio guy from somewhere said he asked you if I would be an easy interview and he said you told him to hand me the mike and get out of the way, lol. Im:thumb: like Jed Clampett..."a man could take that 2 ways", lol.
