Good Player and good kid, Also great student. Total package. Who ever gets Robby they are getting a steal. You can take that to the bank. He could play anywhere. #63...

Very nice article about Robby. He is an outstanding linemen on both sides of the ball. IMO he has the perfect body for a defensive end in college but as the article stated, he needs to "play like a bully" in order to succeed as a defensive player in college. I dont think he has the size to play at an SEC school like UK but I do think he would have the oppurtunity to get playing time at a place like Marshall, EKU, or WKU. Wherever he does end up Im sure he will do well. Best of luck the rest of the season Robby and congrats on a great career thus far.

Nice article about someone who sounds like a very good football player and even better person. Congrats young man. :thumb:

This article made me cry as well..... Of course for different reasons. I'm so proud of him. Purdue and Harvard actually have contacted him. He would never tell you. He read the article and was very proud. He would never tell you that either or that he deserved any of it to him he's just doing his part and every game he puts his heart into every play. Hopefully he ends up going to the school that's right for him.

I think he is a great player, but somewhere like EKU or an NAIA school would be a great place for him to go. They need linemen and he could play right away. He isn't as a big as Coach Maynard which went to UK, and Nate McPeek who went to Marshall so he may not be quite to that level of D1. I wish him the best, and good luck to you Robbie and the Rams in the postseason.

We are all proud of him and wish him luck in choosing the school that is right for him and where he will be happy. I am sure he will have a lot of choices.

I would like to see him in Marshall Green, but that is just me.

The football stats are impressive and they match the physical stature of this young man...but the high GPA impresses me perhaps more than the gridiron accomplishments.

For 99.99% of these players, there is a moment which life after football comes sooner rather than later…sounds like Mr. Logan will be fine after he hangs up the cleats.

Once again Painter, this is another one of your great post that we have come to expect from you.

Robbie Logan is the type of kid that is not only sucsessful on the football field but he will be a sucses in life. I would like to see him go to a smaller school but as others have said, that decision would be up to him and his parents to make. I am sure that he will make the right one for him.

Thes kid is truly a great player! The best part about him I think is his awareness of the football on every down. Even if he doesnt make the tackle his right next to the guy who does. IT doesnt matter if its 25 yards downfield. He goes all out until the whistle blows. One of the best up front guys Racelands ever had period! And if im not mistaken he runs a sub 4.7 in the 40. He has all the intangeables of a great football player. Size, strength, awareness, and heart.

Very good post. I especally agree with the bolded. Logan has very good size but the last word/quality listed cannot be measured. Also, he has the "it" factor, you hear people say that someone has it............whatever "IT" is , he has "IT".

Nice article and one that is well deseved. It is great to see the kids get recognition for all their hard work and dedication on the field and in the classroom.

:thumb::thumb: Good things happen to good people! As for the classroom excellence, that will carry him futher than football ever will imo.

Great article! Congratulations and best of luck, Robbie!
