NFL to investigate "Bounty" on Steelers

Featured Replies

If it is between the whistles and a clean hit then I don't see the issue. Now if they are taking late hits or obvious cheap shots then....

This is the key. Again, what was said was dumb, but if every stupid NFL player was suspended for the dumb things they say, we'd be watching Hockey...

NFL Exec. VP was in Pittsburgh yesterday to "discuss" it with the team captains, Tomlin and Troy. I guess that the league wishes he hadn't said it.

Lewis's hit on the Mendenhall was clean, does not matter if their was a bounty or not. I think players who put bounties on other players with dirty hits should not be allowed to have the right to play for the NFL...

Now THAT'S funny!!

This is nothing new in the NFL. Suggs just choose to speak about it.
