Conner 39 Dayton-Belmont 6

Featured Replies

Just got back from Dayton, Conner wins 39 to 6. It was 36 to nothing at the half and with the exception of special teams, 80 to 90% JV played in the second half. However, Conner may taken a blow to senior Alex Shank who went out with a knee injury! Hopefully 2 weeks off will fix several key players that are still not 100%. Correction, I just got news that Shank may have a blown ACL ! :scared:

Glad to see they came back to play a good game.

Schank may be done, it is not yet known if his ACL is torn but he has an appointment to see on Monday, Lets hope for the best.

Glad to see the cougars get a win after a tough game friday night.

Good job by Coach Trosper and his players to overcome the adversity of playing two games in two days and get a W.

Congrats to Connor for getting a win out of the most unusual scheduling situations ever.

Just curious.

As an outsider looking in, why would the Cougars schedule two games on back-to-back days. I'm sure there is a good reason (or happenstance), but isn't that fairly unprecedented?

What I had heard was that they play Belmont every year, but this year Belmont had a conflict in playing next week so instead of just not playing it at all they decided to play it on Saturday.

Conner does not play them every year, last year the the first time in a while that they had played.

Just got the scoop on Alex Schank #69.

Torn PCL and possible MCL tear, MRI tomorrow or Wednesday to see if he will be good by playoffs.

All hope him the best:thumb:

Oh well then I must have heard false information.
