As for the soccer system -

 

It has been brought to my attention that a few people are not understanding the system correctly and that some have been playing games that don't properly fit the system. Now, Friday was just a bad day, so if you lost that day, you're not alone. On the other days, I want to make sure we're all on the same page. To be eligible for the system as we play it, team that is favored should be valued in the range of EVEN to +130. I know that favorites typically are in the negative numbers, but that's not always the case in soccer. Also, we are ONLY playing the straight up money line and not the point spread line. A few of you were playing the point spread line and that's not a part of the system. Ok, here is an example of a game tomorrow that fits the system properly:

 

8:00 PM CONCACEF Champion's League - Group D

 

CSD Municipal +125

Puerto Rico Islanders +175

DRAW +220

 

In this game, we will play CSD Municipal at +125 and the Draw at +220. Even though all 3 lines appear as underdogs, CSD is the favorite to win because they are the lowest number. You want that favorite teams that are in the range of EVEN to +130 (ie. +125 in this example).

But after giving more consideration it's probably not going to pay off forever. You're guaranteed to lose one of the two bets every time. So essentially if you're playing 10 each bet you're betting either 20-22 to win between 3-15 dollars. I would love to be the book in that scenario.

I believe you, but I think you weren't playing every game. I hope you continue to have success. I'm just leary of betting 22 to get back 25 or so and that will be the amount you get back on a majority of the wins. But good luck if you stick to it.

I played it right but it came down to dumb luck for me. I started with only 20 bucks so I had to pick and chose which games to bet. My luck has always been bad and this was no different. I think unless you have enough money to play all or almost all the games than it comes down to luck.There was one day I played four out of sixteen games I think. The day only had 4 losing games but I had three out of four of them.

That could be another issue, as well. I know that I've been doing very, very good since I've been playing all the games. The only losing day I've seen was Friday (but I'll admit I was out of town this weekend and didn't play the weekend games very much).

I started out bad as well, but have been doing good, but I have been just picking 2-4 games usually something in the morning/afternoon when nothing else going on. Gives me a little break at work to check scores, it also is a safer way to build up player points and play enough to get my bonus faster. I had been getting hotter on the system, but I did lose 1 game yesterday w/ 2 wins, which makes for a losing day. Played 2 more today.
