Oxnard Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 Strange night for a JV game. Who wins? I like it. You can go one night and see two games, since both the JV and Freshmen are playing the same night...a doubleheader. :thumb:

JIM SEYMOUR # 85 Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 No problem............don't have to worry about any Juniors playing.:lol:
Oxnard Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 No problem............don't have to worry about any Juniors playing.:lol: But we do have a significant number of sophomores who get varsity time.
TIGER1990 Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 But we do have a significant number of sophomores who get varsity time. Who?
Oxnard Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 Who? Beach, Hayden, and Hall for starters.
JIM SEYMOUR # 85 Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 But we do have a significant number of sophomores who get varsity time. I do not doubt it. YOu have a tremendous team made up of all three years for sure. YOur not NO. 1 for nothing.
Park1221 Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 No problem............don't have to worry about any Juniors playing.:lol: We've played juniors in every JV game so far....you know, if you can't beat'em, join'em.
mcpapa Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 ^ One reason why I don't always place a lot of stock in JV games. Are they important" Of course? But as barometers of a program's standing, freshman games (presumably played against primarily freshmen, sometimes a few 8th graders) and (obviously) varsity games tell me a lot more. One squad's JV team may have a whole boatload of juniors, another may have few to none.
